Prominent American actor and former American football pro, Terry Crews has admitted the con's of porn addiction , which greatly influenced his life negatively. He said it directly "ruined his life"
"The Expendables" actor went further on to post this on his Facebook Page giving useful advice on how to beat porn addiction with various useful strategies.
He said:
"For years, years, years, my dirty little secret was that I was addicted to pornography, revealing that it actually began at the age of 12.Crews went into therapy where he was able to manage himself and re-establish the emotions he feels for his wife Rebecca King- Crews and also save their relationship.
He Said:
"Every man out there desire's intimacy, "he explained. Every time you look at porn, it's a desire for intimacy. You are trying to fight your feelings of being alone by filling the void with images of pornography in an attempt to feel like you're with someone. But the problem is pornography is an intimacy killer."
