This very baffling Video occurred at Johor Baru Singapore and was posted on Friday evening, of a man brutally assaulting his wife. Facebook viewers called for live witnesses to alert the police so that the abuser would be apprehended. The video has become viral and has been viewed over 250,000 times online.
The woman in the video sitting near the Tor Plaza Aver Hitam while her husband wearing a red shirt, steadily throws punches at her with no remorse that he is physically abusing his wife. A teenager also in the video, believed to be their daughter, is seen trying to absorb some of the blows for her mum whom she is trying to sheild from her abusive dad.
If this woman could be publicly humiliated in such a manner, how much more behind close doors? This was the opinion of a facebook user Hazwati Hanapi who also viewed this barbaric event online.
The case has not been officially filled, but the police authorities have affirmed that the event actually occurred at the stipulated time and place as reported by the Kluang District Police Chief ; Mohammed Laham.
