Is your Marriage 100% Safe From Divorce? Many men and women smile into marriages only to suffer silently ,just a few years into the married life that was much dreamed about. Yes there could be love but lack of understanding and compatibility could make your marriage gradually slide towards divorce.

The question one must ask, is the expectations of those who divorce. Do you expect to be happier than you are currently? If you had children during the relationship, are they happy? The marriage institution has been greatly abused worldwide with unseriousness, low marriage expectations, cheating, domestic violence and a lot of other factors.

• An Absolute Lack Of Communication
If communication fails in the relationship, the marriage is heading straight into collision with an iceberg. Expecting your partner to become a mind reader is not advisable. Always communicate your feelings to one another, when happy, sad, depressed, learn to communicate. Using the silent treatment as a tool to control your partner is not a mature way to solve marital issues and would only make the relationship worse.
• The Zeal Of Commitment Is Gone
People get into marriage nowadays just to attain the status of being married, especially among African women who see it as a life ambition to be married. When the reality of marriage strikes, the zeal to remain in the marriage would vanish. Men on the other hand have used marriage solely for producing offspring and nothing more, seeing their wives as breeding tools rather that life partners. They end up disrespecting their partners by cheating and eventually abusing their wives verbally and physically.
• Sexual Infidelity
It's become regular. Cheating has become usual. Cheating has come to stay and has been rated the gate way to divorce. Extramarital affairs are the chief cause of divorce mostly due to the fact that one or both partners are not satisfied with their marriage.
• Boredom And Lack Of Creativity
You didn't get into marriage just to procreate, make money and watch tv. When there is no constant spark in the marriage, definitely things would begin to take a side for the worse. Think of ways at which you can bring spark to your marriage. Everyday you wake you should device new means on how to spend time with your partner, making each other happy. This effort should be collective and not one sided always.
• Marriage Based On Pity
Never marry out of pity. You would never be happy and would regret ever making such a decision. This would lead you to take the divorce option when things have taken a more pitiful state.
• Secrets And Lies
A marriage that is founded by secrets and maintained by lies is bound to fall apart someday .it doesn't matter how long, it would be discovered, and the longer the secret is stashed away the greater the consequences. Before getting married come absolutely clean with yourselves, so as to get married with a peaceful mind.
• A Marriage Without Kids
One of the top causes of divorce. Usually the husband totally looses his hold on his marriage vows after several years of hope and expectations, thereby bringing about infidelity or he might just seek divorce directly, deciding to go his separate way, just to have his own offsprings.
