Rick Ross And Baby Mama Tia Kemp At Loggerheads Again Over Their Sons Welfare

Rapper Rick Ross is in the news and it's about his sour relationship with the mother of his son Tia Kemp. According to Bossip; Rick Ross claims that she continually speaks negatively of him in the presence of their son, and has refused him access to his son. Ross has also sued Tia to court for this ,thereby asking the court to toss her money demands and she should also take care of lawyer fees. The case has been ordered into mediation.

Last month this was the reverse, and it was Tia doing the suing. She claimed that Ross was nowhere to be found in the life of their son, William Robert III, aged 10. She also claimed that their son's academic performance was below average and he needed tutoring, at which Ross refused to handle it financially.

In an interview with Bossip, Rick Ross responded to this accusation saying:

“I never had a discussion with Tia regarding my sons’s academic performance,” Ross wrote in court documents obtained by BOSSIP. The document also revealed that Tia failed to provide Ross with equal access to their son’s school or academic schedule.

Rick also disclosed that he pays Tia the sum of $2,800 per month and he has insisted  that the money is just adequate to see through  child support. He has also maintained that his financial status hasnt improved from the way it was ,when they agreed upon the last child support finance last year. Tia took Ross to court last year, demanding the Rapper pay $20,000 per month for their son's welfare .

Ross also claims that Tia has taken great measures in preventing him from seeing their son. This has resulted in him suing her, with their son right in the middle of the heat of their law suit and counter sue.
