On The Count Of Sexual Activity With A Child, Adam Johnson Found Not Guilty.

On one count charge of sexual abuse of a 15 year old minor, the Jury has found the English footballer Adam Johnson "Not Guilty". On the other charges of penetration the jury is still yet to decide but Adam Johnson admitted to kissing and grooming of the minor which are much lesser charges.

Surprisingly Founders his ex girlfriend who dumped the footballer in the middle of his ongoing trial and testified before the Jury about his cheating attitude in their relationship, was seen with him.

While the defense counsel argued that Johnson only kissed the Minor, the prosecuting counsel argues otherwise that Adam Johnson did Infact penetrate the minor.

Judge Jonathan Rose according to Mail Online, told the jury to reach a conclusive verdict on unanimous ground.

He said:

When you retire you must reach verdicts on which you are all agreed. I will only accept unanimous verdicts - 12-0 is the only possible score

Also reminding the jury to take into consideration 834 deleted conversations from Adam's Whatsapp messanger, and that messages were exchanged between the minor and Johnson before the 30th of January which lead to the "Thank You" kiss saga. Believing that Adam Johnson was interested in more than just a kiss, but needed to get a little more feel. More details soon
