Masika Files Legal Documents Against Fetty Wap, Demands He Takes Paternity Test

Due to Rapper Fetty Wap's continual denial and refusal to take a paternity test to determine if he is the alleged father of Masika Tucker's expected baby,  she has gone to another level just to ensure her baby has a daddy.

She decided to take legal action against the rapper, by filling legal documents which subjects him to taking a paternity test. TMZ further disclosed that: 

We're told Masika explains in the papers, she and Fetty met last year and from June 28 until July 15 had "sexual relations on numerous occasions." She also states he was her only partner during that period. Ditto for the 4 months prior.

Bottom line for Masika -- who's 7-8 months along -- Fetty's her only candidate for the daddy. 

Expenses for the forth coming baby needs to be taken care of and Masika is counting on Fetty to accept his paternal and financial responsibilities which Fetty Wap seems to be avoiding. She made a direct list of detailed expenses which would be needed for the baby's upkeep,  which are:

$2000 on baby's clothings

$820 for house keeping

$4,500 for rent 

17k per month on other vital expenses which she would be dropping

She also demands that the court grant her full custody of Fetty Waps's alleged baby as soon as the child is born. Fetty Wap was belived to have asked Masika why she didn't get rid of the kid when she found out she was pregnant but Masika countered the question by responding: "Abortion Is Murder"
